Getting this bank built from scratch was very much a grassroots effort. Our leadership team has long been part of Clatsop County. Steve Ferber, our president and chief operating officer, has lived and worked among your neighbors since 1992.  Joe Schulte, our executive vice president, grew up in Seaside and earned his professional stripes in Oregon’s mortgage lending industry.
